Getting Started & Access
1. How do I sign up for Cleverly.ph?
Signing up is easy! Just click the “Join / Register” button on our homepage, fill in your details, and you’ll be ready to start learning.
2. I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. An email with instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
3. How long do I have access to a reviewer I purchase?
Access duration can vary. Most of our reviewers offer lifetime access, while some specialized workshops may have a specific access period. Please check the details on the specific reviewer page before purchasing.
Payments & Purchases
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make it convenient for you. Our secure payment gateway accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards, as well as popular local options like GCash, Maya, and online bank transfers.
5. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through our trusted and secure third-party payment partners. We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.
6. What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our support team to request a refund.
Learning Experience & Using the Platform
7. How do I access my enrolled reviewers?
Once you are logged in, you can see all the reviewers you are enrolled in by visiting your Student Dashboard and clicking on the “My Reviewers” link.
8. How do I check my quiz scores and attempts?
Your dashboard has a dedicated section for this. Simply navigate to “My Quiz Attempts” from your dashboard menu to see a history of all the quizzes you’ve taken and the scores you’ve received.
9. Can I ask questions about the lesson material?
Yes! Each lesson has a “Q&A” (Question & Answer) section where you can post questions. The instructor for the reviewer will be notified and can answer your questions directly on the platform.
10. Can I access the reviewers on my mobile phone?
Yes! Our platform is fully responsive, which means you can access your reviewers and study anytime, anywhere, on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
For Instructors / Content Creators
Becoming an Instructor
1. How can I become an instructor on Cleverly.ph?
We are always looking for passionate experts to join our platform! Please visit our [“Become an Instructor”]([Link to your Instructor Application Page]) page to learn more about the requirements and to submit your application.
2. Is there a fee to become an instructor?
No, it is completely free to become an instructor on Cleverly.ph. We believe in partnering with our instructors, not charging them.
3. Who owns the content I create?
You, the instructor, retain the ownership and copyright of your content. By partnering with us, you grant Cleverly.ph a license to host, market, and sell your course on our platform. This is all detailed in our Instructor Agreement.
Payments & Commission
4. What is the commission structure?
We offer a competitive, transparent commission structure. Our standard split is [Example: 70% for the instructor and 30% for the platform]. We succeed when you succeed!
5. How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are made directly to your preferred account. We process all instructor payouts [Example: within the first 5 business days of the following month]. You can request a withdrawal from your instructor dashboard once you meet the minimum payout amount of [Example: ₱2,500].
Platform Tools & Course Management
6. How do I create a new reviewer?
Once you are an approved instructor, you will have access to an Instructor Dashboard. From there, you can use the front-end course builder to create new reviewers, add lessons, build quizzes, and upload your materials.
7. How can I see how many students are enrolled in my reviewers?
Your instructor dashboard provides detailed analytics for each of your reviewers, including the total number of students enrolled, current active students, and your total earnings.
8. How do I manage student questions?
You will receive an email notification whenever a student posts a question in the Q&A section of one of your lessons. You can reply directly on the platform to help your students and create a valuable resource for future learners.
9. How do I request a payout of my earnings?
Your instructor dashboard has a “Withdrawal” section. Once your earnings balance has reached the minimum required amount, you can submit a withdrawal request. Our team will then process your payment according to our payment schedule.
